Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment — no exceptions.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100%.
If your card declines, you will need to pay 100% of the missed appointment fee before booking again.
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Certain steps of your facial (such as extractions or massage) may be skipped to stay on schedule.
I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows.
I understand that illness-related cancellations are treated the same and do not qualify for an exception.
