Cancellation Policy
if you need to Cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done 24 hours before your appointment (no exceptions ) or 50% of your service will be charged to your card . If your card declines you will owe 100% before you book again . No call/no show you will be charged 100% of your service. If you are late to your appointment you will be given the remaining time of your facial service. There may be some steps I will need to skip . Exp: extractions or facial massage .
